Poor Class App. Customer Care Service is third class. Monthly 7/8 days Down thake. Call dile rcv kore na. Rcv korle bole ONU, Router off on koren. That's their level. Disappointing. Dot, Amber, KS internet er theke onk valo. Next month e line kete dibo.

Very poor service. Unreliable connection, slow response from support, and frequent disconnections. I do not recommend Link3 — they don’t live up to their promises.

There are still soo many bugs in the app, for some reason I can't log in to my account even though it works on the web and I was able to log in before but after the new update I can't anymore. Every time I try to log in, its say there's an error also when I try to get in through forget password nothing happens. This app is far from finished.

Very bad experience with Link3. Within 03 months 3 times line cut issue. Technical issues multiple times. If this is the internet situation how do people rely on link3 internet service? Honestly I'm not happy with Link3. This is the Sleet metropolitan area situation.
