Very friendly drivers! Clean bus! Social distancing could stand a bit of order, but for the most part I'm impressed! Go Jefferson vs Lines! And my luggage was never lost! More than I can ever say, unlike Greyhound...they be sending you on a bus routed 3 states to the west before you go 2 states north which is what your original purchased ticket said, AND LOST MY LUGGAGE!
★★★★★
VERY accommodating to disabled seniors.

I've been trying to get some basic information and cannot get anyone to actually talk to. I've been on hold for Customer Service for 25 minutes. This is absolutely ridiculous. I'm trying to book a ticket from Northern Minnesota to St Paul to see a friend in hospice. I just need to ask a few questions, but have no way to get through to actually talk to someone. If Jefferson Lines values their customers, they cannot continue to operate like this. Now on hold for 30 minutes. Just shameful.

Riding and being stranded in -21° weather (Billings, Montana) was 2 of the worst experiences in my life. The people that run your so-called depots are horrible. Especially in Billings, Montana. 2nd in Butte, Montana. Left me stranded in again -20 weather & refused to let me wait inside until taxi showed up. I seriously almost died!! I live in Butte, Montana. I am almost 80% sure that they stereotyped me as being homeless. Corporate refuses to call me back.

All the winter cancels snow storm issues think Jefferson could've paid for my rooms beings it's their service I paid for and all together cost me 1200.00 for a 69.00 bus ticket I'm not impressed at all greyhound would've gotten rooms for their customers I've seen it and Jefferson makes u sit in a cold bus how rude.
