I now control hot water like a boss. I used to stand around, freezing, waiting for the geyser to heat up - like a caveman with Wi-Fi. Then I found this app. Now I’ve got scheduling that actually works (unlike my morning routine), real-time energy tracking, and full geyser control from anywhere - including my bed, the grocery store, or mid-Netflix binge. It’s saving me money, saving me time, and probably saving my sanity. I feel like the James Bond of bathroom tech.

This app sometimes disconnects, and it cannot heat up at the already scheduled times. This is very big hindrance when I have tp get up and go to work without any hot water, it's winter now. Secondly, can I get notification when the app has an update available because it ends up not heating any water whilst waiting for me to update it, but I don't check it regularly as I've already set on and off times.

Beginning to get very frustrated with this app. Constantly unable to connect to the network. Therefore, unable to control my geyser at times. When calling support they say that it's a cellular network issue. However, I did not have this problem in the past

I am so done with this App. It's been a long and very stressful year using this App. It randomly disconnects without a warning. Will decide not to heat water at the scheduled times and the list goes on... I just want it gone. Our geyser worked perfectly well before this thing was connected, and we always had hot water. Please just come and uninstall your thing because it's now causing unnecessary conflicts in my house, all because there's no hot water when we need it.
