Developing an app is hard work, so I'll put up with anything the app throws at me because programming for the Android zoo of devices and operating systems is a weird challenge. My one bug report was responded to in less than a day, even without a review. I'm impressed, frankly, with any small business that is willing to work this hard on customer service AND chicken.

The app is garbage. It won't let me save an address for delivery. I called the restaurant, and they said they only deliver within a 10 km radius. I was in that radius and still nothing.

Love the food, but the app and delivery policy is terrible. Couldn't deliver to my place despite being within the city, and there is no delivery alternative as well. The application work flow is definitely a little wonky and super confusing. Some indicators such as check marks and order requirements weren't even noticeable. Hiring a UI/UX Expert would definitely help a lot. For a very simple app, it definitely is quite confusing. As a UI/UX designer I can come up with a solution for you.

Froze several times. Anytime I select delivery or pickup, no matter what I choose, the app displays that the store is too busy and to try later. Love the chicken, hate the app.
