Sermon Notes & Church Recorder

Weeklight is a sermon note taker that keeps your sermon notes in one place. Type church notes during the service or use the sermon recorder, then get an AI sermon summary you can check against what was said. Choose one small step and an optional reminder to carry it into your week.

Start free: write sermon notes, choose a small action and save your own reflections. Your first two successful AI summaries are also free, with no card required.

Start with your sermon
Write your church notes, paste a transcript, or use the sermon recorder to capture up to 60 minutes. You can also import an audio file up to 60 minutes long and under 25 MB. Only record or import material you have permission to use.

Revisit the message
Get an AI sermon summary of your notes, transcript or recording. For audio, AI transcription turns the recording into text. Open linked passages in your notes or transcript to check the support for the summary. AI can make mistakes, including transcription errors.

Choose one small step
Make a call, offer help, or return to a question that stayed with you. Write an action in your own words or adapt a suggested practice. Choosing a step is optional: you can simply keep the summary. Set an optional reminder, then come back during the week and note how it went.

Find your words again
Search your saved notes and revisit earlier practices and reflections. Before the next sermon, return to last week's thought and what you noticed. Local notes, recordings and saved summaries remain available without a subscription. Create an encrypted text backup or export your text.

More processing with Weeklight Plus
An optional monthly or annual subscription includes 300 audio minutes and 10 text sources per subscription month, with one optional tailored practice per source. Allowances renew monthly on either plan. See prices in the app. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your store account.

You choose what to send
AI needs an internet connection and your consent to send selected audio or text to OpenAI through Weeklight's service. Private reflections stay on your device.

Start with your next sermon. Keep what mattered, and return to it in your own time.
