I use this app every day for 10hrs+. Like every app there a some issues sometimes but overall great app and well deserved 5star. Help/suggestion We have Spanish-speaking coworkers. Is there a way to have the translation for those workers or maybe adding a way to translate. Thanks!

Worse app possible. Crashes repeatedly even with full 5G signal. Then says there's no internet connection when you reboot. Would use a different product if it wasn't being used by my company I work for.

Constantly logs me out while taking pictures of completed work. Pictures don't save and makes me have to retake them. Job notes don't appear most of the time. In conclusion, terrible app for any kind of work. DON'T STRESS YOURSELF OUT WITH THIS JUNK!

Service autopilot is a turd. Both apps = TURD. Both desktop versions = TURD. So many bugs my head is going to explode. Employees have to uninstall apps Every day to get them to work. I think a 3rd world country is coding it. Absolutely 100% TURD. Did I mention it's a TURD? 8 years of pure hell. Here are some of the things that do not work. Punch in and out times, automations, routing, forms, text messages, sends you to wrong address to mention a few. 2 desktop versions that work halfway.
