Was reluctant to install this app with all the negative reviews however I had no issues setting it up and utilizing myId to log in. It would seem to be a pretty pointless app except for the need to use it to claim fuel rebate. Can't see it being used for anything else.

Once you have gone through the pain of setting up digital ID, app is smooth running. The recent offers for fuel assistance payment and student payment were super easy to submit. Great work, app designer's!

Useless !!!! I am trying to apply online for Fuel Support Payment, followed step by step all the guidelines, setup myID with my documents been verified and approved. Then starts the nightmare between this two app Service WA x myID back and forward. To login on ServiceWa need to go through myID, followed all the prompts on there and supposedly goes back to log in on Service WA which will redirect you to do the same all over again and again. Apply with a form takes 8 weeks to be processed :(

It is the worst system I ever dealt with. It seems as thou the WA government does not want you to log in or set the system up. I have myself and my wife to set up, and it is just a nightmare. Do we pay these people who write these apps and systems?

Downloaded the app, tried logging in using myID, once I give my myID user I'd and enter the code in myID, it gets redirected to the Services WA app, but always gets an unspecified error with no explanations. No way around this
