★★☆☆☆ Considering my last year's experience (Amazing Service) with Seva I've requested them again to service the ACs at my home. This time they did their best to change my opinion about them - I paid for wet cleaning of AC, and they washed just the filter and in 10 mins handed over a bill of Rs.350. Again for an installation of window AC they sent a single worker (I've to arrange one more person to lift the machine). After inspection, he asked for Rs.1300 which after some negotiation came down to Rs.870. Unfortunately because of price discount the workmanship suffered, and he fixes the box by putting in nails with hammer (instead of using a drill machine and screws to give it a nice grip). He didn't have an extra wire to connect the stabilizer and was willing to leave without connection. 'Seva' - to better serve your customers the sense of Seva and ownership should be reflected on your service professionals.
