Thank you for fixing the app 'Update' issue. Honestly, I've ordered from Seven Store a couple of times now, and it's been a great experience, nicely packaged and quick prompt delivery. My only issue now that this has fastly become one of my favorite stores to shop from, is that the images load very slowly in the app (sometimes images don't load). There is no connection issue, other apps load info and images quickly, so I believe this is something Seven Store app related. (Google Pixel 6 Pro)

They say there are discount codes for purchases through the app or signing up to a newsletter, but they don't work. I contacted customer services. The product was at full price. They said some items were not eligible. They could say that about every product. I told them I would prefer to purchase it from Artery at full price rather than a company being deceptive and without transparency like Seven store. They asked if there was anything else they could help with! DON'T TRY TO TRICK CUSTOMERS!!!

Tells me I have an account but then won't let me sign in despite details being correct. Seven store also advertise 20% discount for using the app and says it has applied to my cart but the discount isn't applied. All in all this app is impossible to use as well as misleading.
