I was able to create an account and connect my policy very easily. I was also able to log onto the app and change the debit date for my policy, which I'm very happy I can do without having to make a phone call. App is pretty slick so far, I'm impressed.

Turning off notifications doesn’t stop it sending notifications. When you try to read the notification message it loads the app, asks you to log in and then the notification doesn’t display any way. So frustrating.

The app itself works okay, but it is too "noisy". It sends a notification that a payment for a policy is coming up, then it sends another notification that a direct debit payment for that policy is coming up, and there is no way to limit the type of notifications in-app, except for weather notifications. There's also no way to bulk acknowledge or archive old notifications. In the end I told Android to disable any notifications from this app.

Five months - still waiting for car repairs (minor!) to be completed. Contempt for Customer. Nobody cares. Focussed only on collecting and raising the premiums.
