Hi, If everyone finds a point to point at a reasonable price to rent a car, kindly download this app. I heard a lot of complaints on the apps, but their Customer Service from chariot they will assist u and give further advice. Also, they have Telegram group chat, so anyone who need further assistance they will resolve the issue immediately.

I'm pleased with their CSO. Been a regular renter. There's bound to have hiccups but its norm when all transaction is by its apps. All the while when I encounter a problems, I contacted their CSO, and they are always there to help me solve it. Keep up the good work CSO.

The N VAN are awesome. Should need to add more at bedok reservoir blk 122 and bedok reservoir blk 603. Had requested long time back. No respond. Best if added.

Car was available for booking but when I retrieve the car. Unable to unlock due to low car battery. Very disappointed in chariot service. Wasted 30 mins of my time

I’m very disappointed and honestly feel cheated by Marriott. Their customer service advised me to top up $20 of fuel even though the car was only one bar down. That ended up filling the tank to half — far more than I used — so I’ve effectively paid for the next driver’s fuel. They require at least 1/4 tank when returning the vehicle, and if you return it with less, they’ll automatically charge your bank card as a penalty. I would highly not recommend anyone use Marriott.
