I've downloaded it a couple of times and can't get it to work. Open app, and it's blank with the only options at the bottom are guide and settings. No channels, no shows, nothing. Why? So disappointed in Shaw.

Totally Useless. Just had Shaw install home internet and cable. This app is supposed to work with the Gateway Box I have...it doesn't.
