Note that older Android devices only partially support BLE. If you cannot activate the wash with your device, you can still start the wash with a 5 digit replacement code available in the profile section of the app. Note that replacement codes are only available if you have registered your pass.

This app worked well but is now being discontinued and we are made to move to the shell gas app to manage our carwashes. It would have been helpfull if it was made clear that we must manually deregister our flex pass from here before we can add it in the other app. Nothing about that process was clear.

I'd rate it 5 stars if you add the ability to reload the card through the app and allow the app to store more than one flex pass cards. In this covid-19 era is there any possibility of adding a reload feature to the app? It would be very beneficial to reload online to maintain social distancing.

shell is killing its biz to restrict app users limitation, and only allowed to generate replacement code when user is very very closed the car wash stations, not good features and loosing customers.

Terrible app, only allows first 3 devices to log in. Can no longer share the car wash card efficiently. Defeats the purpose of purchasing a 30 day car wash pass.
