Sherwin Williams used to be my second choice for paint since I'm very slow to change over the last couple of years I've found some Great products, tools, and materials to get the job done at an amazing price, and it's now my #1 go to for anything paint related. Also, the staff members are there to serve my needs regardless of the situation, and I feel very comfortable recommending this store to my friends and clientele. Sometimes it takes a while for an old dog to learn new tricks glad I came around.

Very useful Kind of clunky. The shopping cart on my phone and the cart on desktop don't connect. It's as if its two separate accounts. Yes I have multiple accounts. And yes, I am speaking of the same account.

Horrible app support-Phenomenal company. Use the browser, or better yet JUST GO IN OR CALL! I love SW; always have. Paint quality and Equipment and supply options are unbeatable. Going in and calling is not a bad experience, customers reps and service are phenomenal, but they must have HORRENDOUS IT support as the app and even website struggle so much to even keep the cart when adding supplies. I've called and linked my account 3 times and still, the app says no account though yet. JUST GO IN!

EDIT: Hahahahahahahahaha! Now it's just a white screen - Oh Well, I'm sure they can raise the price of their paint again to pay for someone to fix, or not. APP is now worse than ever. Paint bases change to "linen" when picking custom color. Will not transfer colors from previous orders. Was easy and slick app. Now slow and not all items available in app that can be purchased in store.
