Dear team, As a regular customer and shop owner, I have a small suggestion that I believe would benefit both of us. Could you add a feature in the app to pay bills directly? It would also be very helpful if shop owners could split a bill into two or more installments/dues. This way, even if a salesman leaves or is unavailable, I can still pay my bills on time. Very poor service and unreliable app. Orders are placed successfully, but delivery is never done on time or the items are not delivered at all. It causes massive delays for retail shop owners. Customer support is completely useless. Do not waste your time with this app.

Very bad service. When I order by Shikhar app dealer agent said material not available. I 2 time damage material return approx Rs-10000/- they are no adjustment & material replace. Shikhar app is Hindustan Unilever company app.
