Very pathetic service, their call center number is not working, chatbots are not responding quickly, they look not professional. Shipment is returned and nobody contacted me... Extra should change this company.

Worst delivery services ever missed a delivery call 4 days ago from shipa because I was in a meeting, so I couldn't take up calls, needless to say they didn't try to call back after just 1 call attempt. I tried calling them but never got to speak to a real agent rather than an automated response prompting me to enter my delivery tracking number and details which I don't even have because I recently registered with a bank and my bank card was to be delivered by shipa. Now they have my card!
