Way better than Uber eats or Doorsash! The orders are higher pay and consistent. You don't have to be in the area to get an offer. Just set your schedule and they come to you. The only thing is, they will sometimes send you far away to deliver, and the milage ends up not being worth it. It's ok if you don't mind the travel the tips are definitely better with the further out you travel. Other than that I highly recommend for a side hustle!!

I had just started with them, only been working a week or two when I forgot someone groceries in my car, and they called me I said I would turn around and take them back, they said that was ok, then another customer support called, and I told her I was taking the groceries back to the person, and she said they don't recommend that, when I told her I had just spoken with someone from customer support, and he said it was ok, she claimed I was arguing with her and next thing I knw my account canceled

***Update*** So now they have deactivated my account for late deliveries when they take too many orders you have to wait for a future order in order to keep stats up. If you take a promo they still mark you as late. However, I made the last 5 deliveries on time to raise my % and they won't elaborate on why I was deactivated and how I am supposed to correct that if they deactivated me!!! What a crock of s#%^!!! oh well Instacart it is!!! You're competition!!

I have only done about 6 offers for Shipt, but I have found the platform frustrating compared to others which I have done about 2k for. The pay is crazy low. The last order I did was 3 items, all school uniforms...a week after school started. Out of Stock on all!! Common Sense should have the order auto cancel. NOPE! It took 30 minutes, first with chat that was useless, then AI nonsense, then a real person I could barely understand to finally get it canceled and off my screen! I won't do another!
