I reviewed this app last year n reported no issues using it on my Samsung Galaxy Note 5 phone. I have since upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy Note FE (Fan Edition) (International version) and this app also operates very smoothly when paired with this phone. The Galaxy Note FE is operating on Android 9. The app appears more responsive since I reviewed it last year. Thank you, Samsung.

The app does not connect to the door lock after Android 12 rollout. The phone is paired via Bluetooth but simply fails to connect. A second phone (operating under Android 9)registered with the same door lock remains paired n connects to it. Please fix. Updated on 27th December 2022 The Samsung Door lock Bluetooth connectivity issue is now resolved after the Android 13 rollout last month followed by a recent Samsung software update.

I cannot connect my sHome app with the Door lock AT ALL! Bluetooth is switched on my notifications bar and my phone is connected with the app yet the rim lock will not open when I open the app on my phone. I use a Samsung Galaxy S7

I can't even access the app to run the door lock, on either of my phones & one of my phones is a Samsung. Go figure? It just instantly crashes & won't even open. I've tried it on my sons phone also, failure on 3 for 3 phones. It's a total waste downloading it.

Bloody app cannot pair with my phones, I seriously think the developer should look into this Bluetooth pairing issue, crappy locket
