The Wi-Fi module on the door used to disconnect and require reinstallation until the engineering staff told me it was likely I was closing my door too hard and that that would eventually dislodge the Wi-Fi module, causing these kinds of issues. Since then, I don't close my door as hard and so far, no Wi-Fi problems.

After update to the latest version Today, I can only access the door log only. It shows network disconnected and can not remote to open or close the door. Please fix it! My lock is SHP-DR708 I don't know if they have reviewed the comment, it is working normally now. I guess they have fixed the issue on their server end. Well done

I agree with the other users. I recently upgraded my home Wi-Fi router and experienced difficulty updating the Wi-Fi connection on this Zigzag app. The troubleshooting advice from the app failed. I reached out to the vendor who sold me the Samsung SHP-DP609 Digital Lock who then redirected me to his distributor. The alleged resolution involved physically removing the lock's Wi-Fi module & deleting my lock from the app before reinstalling. So much trouble just to reflect a change in Wi-Fi!

The Zigzag Smart Door lock app is not working properly. During the registration process, I selected Hong Kong (+852) and entered a valid 8-digit Hong Kong mobile number, but the app still shows the error message: “Phone number is not valid.” As a result, I cannot proceed with the registration or receive the SMS authentication code. Please investigate this issue and follow up with the app developer. The app should correctly support Hong Kong mobile numbers when the +852 country code is select

App has stopped working and throws server errors ever since 1st Jan 2026, no communications from the developer at all and stuck with a door lock that can not currently be controlled remotely.
