The Wi-Fi module on the door used to disconnect and require reinstallation until the engineering staff told me it was likely I was closing my door too hard and that that would eventually dislodge the Wi-Fi module, causing these kinds of issues. Since then, I don't close my door as hard and so far, no Wi-Fi problems.

This app is now working consistently well. I don't know if it was updated or if I was doing something wrong before, but it is working well, and it's been reliable. (I have changed modem/SSID name and re-learnt the lock on to the Wi-Fi.)

Notification is not working after last update. Still not working on 06092024 update. Working on 08092024 update. Need to clear the app cache as well.

Bought the Samsung Door lock since 2020, it was a good app to use at the beginning and got worse and worse when they changed to Zigzag, now it's a totally useless app, keep saying your door lock is not connected to Wi-Fi, so the app can't control it or got notification. The door remains unchanged, so the only problem must be the app.

The app is currently not working, reinstalled it, checked my router and Wi-Fi (all is working) but the app freezes on its main page and subsequently mentions an error has occurred even after trying multiple times.
