I received a shouta, but I am unable to talk to anyone, so I can access this. I downloaded the app but can't appear to use it as no money is displaying. Got a prompt response to my message and all resolved. Thanks

Brilliant app. Simple, easy to use. Can be used anywhere Mastercard is accepted. Takes away the stress of gift giving for acquaintances and picky friends :p

After some SMS server hiccups, I'm using the app. Simple interface and easy to use App can be slow in places still. Recommend some further explanation for recipients to explain they don't need to install the app to use the prepaid mastercard reward and access to the Biz version without an ABN. I want to send to many at work but not to have to get their phone numbers

They asked me to leave a review for $50 dollar shouta which I never received. A very wrong practice of marketing.

Have used shouts on and off for a while. Getting sick of being told an update is available and to update the app to continue using. I follow the update link, and it looks like no update is available.

Had fraudulent activity on my account, support refused to do anything about it and did not refund the money. Terrible customer support. Also, you cant transfer money straight off the app back into a direct bank account so be warey that unless you spend in full shouta will be keeping the dollars and cents left off purchase on their platform. Would not recommend.

Rip off fees, lack of privacy. Just send your mate an e-gift card. Easier!

I always have a very bad experience but tonight was another level. Never works, slow and non-responsive app. User experience is horrible, and they charge you commissions every time you shout someone. To send shouts you need to log in to a Web browser (lol) so it's even worse. I'm working out to not use this app again. Frustrating
