Amazing workouts at Shred. They have the best treadmills to run on and my running has improved so much since starting here. The weight training is great and can be tailored toward any fitness level.

The instructors are very friendly and will help you achieve your HIIT Workout goals. I really enjoy the energy in the room and the variety of exercises we get done in an hour. Definitely recommend to anyone who is interested in HIIT workouts.

Freezes and locks up at least 5x/week. Inconsistently removes a class from my calendar when I cancel it. Doesn't keep up if I delete a class and add another on the same day. Gets stuck thinking I'm still enrolled in a class and tells me I'm at the daily max when I'm only registered for 1 other class. App seems to have been developed by people who never bothered to test its real-world application performance. Consistently disappointed in this app.
