RedBus & Shrinath Solitaire: A Nightmare Journey! My 8:30 PM bus from RedBus was GONE at 8:32 PM. No call, no courtesy! We chased it 25 KM on a bike with luggage, even though it was only 2 KM away! Neither RedBus nor Shrinath Solitaire cared enough to stop the bus. This gross negligence and disrespect is unacceptable. AVOID REDBUS—they offer no support for disastrous trips. Save yourself the anger and danger!

Worst Bus Service I have ever seen. If you are travelling specially from Volvo Premium Bus Services which Shrinath Solitaire Claims from Udaipur to Ahmedabad they are having special rules as they think they are above all. Staff & Customer Care is at its Pathetic Stage. They are simply cheaters as they do not have any responsibility towards Customers as their passengers. Won't suggest anyone to Travel from such operator specially Shrinath Solitaire.

Extremely disappointing service. The bus was canceled by the operator without prior notice. No proper support or alternative was provided. I had to face unnecessary stress and waste of time. Very unprofessional behavior.
