Hassle-free user interface when compared to other bank's mobile apps. Suggest to have additional options for auto-renewal of deposits for Maximum interest rate bearing periods, viz. For shortest period as well as longest period, bearing highest interest rate to handle the scenario of Max interest 7.3 % for period above 2 yrs but below 3 yrs. This will save a lot of customers interaction with the branch, since the auto-renewals are done only for the existing periods of deposits getting matured.

I am disappointed that South Indian Bank charges folio fees for savings account customers. Many customers expect a savings account to have simple and transparent charges. This fee should either be removed or clearly explained before opening the account. I hope the bank reviews this policy and provides a better experience for its customers.

I took a salary account which doesn't had any charges after I become unemployed they changed my account to minimum balance, and they charged huge amount of money. I'm trapped

Zero ratings in want to give to this bank, thy wl say this is zero account while opening the account, but after they will start deducting amount from it...for them it doesn't matter whose amount it is. Ystrdy my friend has transferred the amount 6900 to transfer to third person, within in a while thy debited whole amount...so now I hve to pay that 3rd person...It's really disgusting.... I want my money to credited back so that I can transfer to 3rd person.

Your banking department and customer care and branch official says kindly open account through branch but branch official always denie me and from video kyc account opening agent also says same word... 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 I hate this always bank...
