The app is great. Very easy to connect. When you connect to the pumps Wi-Fi, just make sure your mobile data is off. Otherwise, it's not going to open the configuration menu. Thank you Since.

Not bad, love the pump but the app needs some work. The power dial is my biggest pet peeve, the dial should also have a plus and negative to be able to control the dial by single digits rather than scrolling and letting the dial sit on whatever digit it slides to. My power is 24% atm, getting it to 25% nearly impossible with the dial and that 1% makes a huge difference when it comes to a reef system. The temp reading is meh.

Decent app for my simple freshwater tank. Would LOVE a widget for the pause function, or voice functionality for the pause function.

HORRIBLE!!!!! The user interface is garbage, very unresponsive and lacks instructions for the many features listed. The app has extreme difficulty connecting and takes several attempts to turn pumps on/off or make changes to settings. It takes several attempts to even connect to Wi-Fi and the pumps. Very disappointing considering the cost of the Since SDC pumps. The counter sync option is 30 seconds max, which is ridiculous. You have better options with a cheaper DC Wave Maker. NEEDS WORK!!!

Heater will not connect to "contactless"NFC after spending over an hour trying to get it to connect. I had NFC switched on, and still nothing. The user interface on the app is also terrible. No clear instructions. Don't waste your money. Buy a physical temp control heater and save yourself the headache. I hear that when you lose power, it's also a pain to try and reconnect. If that's the case, no, thanks.
