Need to fix the app During the driving the app become shutdown randomly. And other thing when you pick up customer from their arrival on the way to their dropoff distination then the driver saying please can u go to this place first just for 5 minutes when you take him there then bring back to his drop off distination for drop off the side won't charging the extra mile and time which you spend. Thr uber and lyft charging where ever u wanna take passanger but sidecar doesnt charge it just charging to his or her dropoff location

Not able to submit background check. Not able to submit background check. Even tried on ios. I type in my SS #, check box, and push submit. Nothing happens. ios says internal server error

Going Online ≠ Appearing in Ride App When I "go online" as a driver, I only show up in the Sidecar ride app about half the time. When I do get online, there are very few rider requests. Other annoyances include (1) the inability to easily zoom in and out on the map and have it stay there, which forces me to use a secondary app, (2) the lack of automatic bridge toll billing to passengers, and (3) higher than average consumption of background data. Sidecar support doesn't respond to e-mails in a timely manner, and there isn't 24-hour live support. Icing on the cake is a trivial-but-offensive 50¢ transaction fee to get the money I earned. Overall, Sidecar is a token player in the TNC world.

Don't get ripped off I have made well over $100 in the past few days for them, and all I get back is $4 or $5 max PER DAY minus a 50¢ fee to actually put the money in your account, I'm pretty sure this is a scam because they never email you back and only after I started working for them did they completely block my phone number from getting through to them, it just goes straight to a message saying please email us when they never email you back, do Lyft instead.

Worst one of the three So I drove for Uber, Lyft and SideCar for 3 months to see which one's the best one. Today I've found out that Sidecar is my least favorite, they've suspended my account since my acceptance rate was below 80%. Sorry but I'm not driving ten miles in San Francisco traffic for a five dollar ride. What I've found frustrating is the app quits when Google Maps or any other app is running, I've also disliked that they charge you a fee to transfer money you've earned intro your checking account.
