I've been trying to access this app since 30/09/25. I've installed but can't be accessed. Meanwhile, I'm getting tons of emails to verify attendances-the link there doesn't work too. Today, my son's tutor has to cancel the class because only upon verification of the completed previous classes will allow the tutors to carry out next classes. Not sure if this system has run a User Acceptance Test from both sides (tutors and students) . It's definitely not a user-friendly n frustrating.

This app is actually useless, unless it's the invoice they're giving us. Tutor request - no respond following month tuition - no update messaged the admin on WhatsApp pun no reply. Terlalu slow. This app adds headaches to parents yg sibuk cari tuition utk anak.

Horrible app and horrible experience.... I am trying to log in from the time they launched and has only be useless. I have complained to the business account however to no use....basically this an utter waste of time
