Our app is here to help you find stress relief through self-help affirmations and a guided meditation to manifest a text from your ex. One of the essential parts of a break up is to stop contact and focus on yourself. The app is designed with a no contact timer which you can use to count the number of days you’ve successfully stayed in no contact. You can always press the panic button to hear a short encouraging message to help you stay in no contact.
