Tesla used this bank for my loan. The app is not user-friendly. It was difficult trying to get to the bill pay to set up my bank to just take out my payment every month. I'm not sure how anyone says this app is great. I have accounts with every major bank and this is by far the worse bank app I ever used. They will charge you a fee if they have to send you a bill statement, so I kept it as an E-statement. I hope my loan gets sold to another bank.

I just don't like this new set up. Unnecessary change. Also, the ATM window is too revealing if someone is standing close behind standing.
