Pointless app. Booked a taxi for 8.30am, called them at 8.35 to find out that they have 'overbooked', & it is something that they 'just can't predict'. Now running late for both a 9am start at work, and a 9am appointment. Unreliable app!!!! Better to call and talk to someone while the app has this issue

Every single time I pay for a taxi via debit card I get double sometimes charged not until the day after so i don't even notice straight away. When I have rung I was promised calls back from a manager to no avail. The taxis are either really early and will knock on your door expecting you to be ready early as opposed to them wait until the time it was booked for and the opposite veing vastly late, 10–15 mins with no apology or compensation...
