It got me through some very dark days when I really wanted to speak to a therapist or just someone who understood mental health better when my friends and partner don't quite get it. I had this downloaded last night, and it's been less than 24 hours into the 3-day free trial, and I was charged for the yearly subscription. This has already made me not want to continue using the app. What's the point of a trial if you're going to charge someone day one? Not a way to gain trust with new users.

It was great during the premium free trial, but now those 3 days are over, it won't let me do anything aside from subscribe to the premium. I can't get out of that screen and access anything even though I know there is a free version of it.

Awful app. I tried to talk about my issues, but it kept interrupting me to do other pointless tasks with no way of opting out. Edit after developer response: I have done CBT therapy before with a trained therapist. CBT should let you talk and say what you are feeling. Instead, this app rail-roads you into clicking only a few options. And when it does let you talk, it eventually interrupts you and changes topic. Extremely unhelpful.
