Great app but I wish you could choose directly when travelling with dogs instead of having to find the suitable wagon.

The app is basically ok, does its job, but it has some annoyances. The most annoying one is the flaky persistence of chats. If you need to briefly switch to another app, you can never be sure you will be able to return to the chat you just having. It has worked sometimes but not always. Sound notifications when waiting for an agent to join or respond - very uncertain.

Fantastic app, congratulations to all involved, hands down the best train app in the whole EU, but there are many good ones. The toned down and simple UI and the fantastic UX is my favorite.

To travel with SJ is to arrive late. Customer service can never give you info on how to solve delays and missed transfers, and you're often left to figure out your own solutions to their mistakes. The app also can't handle simple things like showing you what track your train departs from, or giving you updated information. An altogether thoroughly disappointing company to travel with.

Personally I am an asylum seekers, and I buy my tickets from pressman, so when your journeys are cancelled it's hard for me to receive refund and am always disappointed. How can you help me?

Useless search for destination, search for Bastrop, nothing, you need to search for Copenhagen airport. Same with other stations, type Hyllie, gives you 30 different places but not Malmö Hyllie station. App/ webpage is 90s junk

Trains getting cancelled and so it puts you to a chatbot. No directions to refund or rebook journey

The worse IT I have seemed in my life. Does not inform you that the trip is multimodal. It generates unfeasible schedules with no time between trips. The English option does not work in the VRU. It generates trip codes that do not match the dashboard. It is hot mess. It fragments the trip in too many subservices. It overloads the user. And I detected this in one single trip. I demand a refund.

So absurd that you can't book a non-table seat on SJ intercity trains. All other kinds of preferences are available, window, aisle, upstairs, but the one important one is missing. You can ask for being placed by the table, but you can't ask to not be placed there. 6 trips in a row I havd been placed by a table now, and I have tried all the preferences, and they all put you by a table. And no preference puts you by a table.
