I cant rave enough about sketchers. The only shoe that I can find with an adequate arch support. Price is a bit steep for my fixed income, but the relief I feel is hard to explain. The arch support adequately fitting makes my long days of working a lot easier on my whole body. At 70 years old, I would. Have loved to have had them in my 30s.

The app is absolute trash. I tried three different payment methods to place a pickup order, and none of them went through. I even saw another recent review describing the exact same issue, so apparently this is a problem on Sketchers’ end. What makes it even more frustrating is that all the deals are online-only, but I can’t even purchase the shoes with the advertised deals. When I tried to buy them in person, I was told the specific shoe I wanted was only available online and wasn’t in stock at

App is worthless. Can't load any payment information in my account, constantly tells me there is a problem with my card. I tried to add both of my bank cards and 3 different credit cards! When I finally got an order placed, the app never told me the order was ready for pickup! I had to call the store and ask if they got order, and they said it had been ready for days! When I mentioned difficulties with app, they responded with "it's been broken forever." Really? Do better sketchers.

Constantly have to reinstall since it keeps on thinking to open and when it is finally opens if I go to checkout it thinks again infinitely.

Sucked always does. Skechers sizes are not consistent I order wide they're huge order regular sz slip ins way to narrow. Try to do a return for an online order is impossible to bad becuz they have some cute styles in sandals finally after they sent me 3 pr of the same sandals after trying to log in for an exchange or a refund I was able to get a sale price refund for 1 pr. Now I try to log in to return a pr of sneakers that say sz 8 and are too long under the foot insert a big 9 is stamped.
