Love the ease to change appointments. I've lost the shortcut, though. I have to go to the Play store to open the app. Suggestions?

I've been using this app for a few years with my Chiropractic office. With the recent update the barcode moved from a prominent place in the bottom toolbar to a hidden menu. Why did you think this was the best place for it? We use this to check in to our appointments. It was in the best place with such easy access. Now users have more picks in a menu. This is not efficient. Can't you make the bottom bar scroll left to right? Then the actions most users do are quickly available.

I can change my appointment and reschedule as I need without having to call all the time. If something comes up, It's easy to reschedule.

Worked fine in the beginning but all of a sudden, it will not work, PERIOD! I uninstalled it, reinstalled it and nothing, it shows nothing. I have appointments with my doctor through July but the calendar shows NOTHING.

Program worked fine till couple weeks ago. Then it wouldn't let me log in. Said i didn't exist. Yet added appts to my colander and sent text and emails. Tech support never responded to my emails

"An update is available! To continue using the app you must download." 10 minutes of letting my phone sit 'updating', nothing happens, while the download bar remains stuck at zero. Can't even use the app. I'm on a Pixel 5a.
