Easy to use. Well-designed. Four suggestions: 1) Give the options to remove items while in the payment step 2) improve the Sprout point selection, sometimes the map is not responsive 3) The shipping cost at the payment step is not clear from which items it's coming from 4) When I'm in the filtered results list, I open one product but when I select to go back to the filtered list a blank page returns, and I need to start from scratch. Same problem in the favorites list.

I made a supermarket order Friday to be delivered Saturday morning. I paid the order Friday, and I haven't received it yet. I've been trying to reach Customer Support for 2 days now, no answer, just a bot telling me to reach the supermarket Efresh, which I did already, and they haven't received the order. Really disappointed about this experience, I'm still awaiting my refund and tired of chatting to a bot that cannot escalate the case nor giving me an answer.

Wouldn't recommend ordering through this service. The courier falsely marked the delivery as failed, claiming no one was home and that they had called me. However, I was waiting at the entrance the entire time and had no missed calls. There is also no way to contact the courier through Sprout, unlike other delivery apps, so I was forced to reschedule the delivery. Very poor customer experience and unreliable service.

This app is think is good but the courier in kos island is so very disappointed because I pay 3.75 for ship and for cod, but I don't accept any package or parcel my workmate greek is going to courier to pick my package and pay with shipping price
