Revolut's payment didn't work. There was some sort of glitch

The price during checkout kept changing while in cart, but the actual price didn't get scored for a moment everything else was great

Easy to use. Well-designed. Four suggestions: 1) Give the options to remove items while in the payment step 2) improve the Sprout point selection, sometimes the map is not responsive 3) The shipping cost at the payment step is not clear from which items it's coming from 4) When I'm in the filtered results list, I open one product but when I select to go back to the filtered list a blank page returns, and I need to start from scratch. Same problem in the favorites list.

Stay away! I ordered a phone that had a broken pixel. Sprout then claimed that the phone I was returning was different from the received And that no refund is possible. I am now being forced to begin a legal process to get my money back.

Wouldn't recommend ordering through this service. The courier falsely marked the delivery as failed, claiming no one was home and that they had called me. However, I was waiting at the entrance the entire time and had no missed calls. There is also no way to contact the courier through Sprout, unlike other delivery apps, so I was forced to reschedule the delivery. Very poor customer experience and unreliable service.

The app is really good, the only problem I have is that sometimes it is difficult to navigate the categories. I put two stars because the last months every newsletter I get for the price drop of my favorites is fake. I just got an email saying that a Kingston fury beast 16gb ddr4 ram has a price drop of 53% but in the price drop history section at the app there is no time in history that the product had โฌ86.37 that the email said. So the only explanation is intentional lies, pity ๐.
