I'm a new Sprout Plus Member. I fine it pretty good, I can cancel orders easy and fast if there are a problems. π΄ The app is working excellent π, π΄ They save me money π€, π΄ I feel safe for guarantees and, returns ππ¦Έπ§ββοΈ. They are fast even with the pandemic. UPDATE: they increased the price for Plus, so I'm not anymore.

The revolut payment is not working. I tried it 4 times. I lost time and revolut points.

1st attempt they cancelled my order after a lot of days. 2nd attempt I had to wait 2 weeks to receive. Second delivery that I made they promised to deliver at my place but placed in a locker. And on top of that an AI assistant that gives irrelevant stupid answers. No, thanks sprout that was it. Uninstalled and unsubscribed for sure.

SCAME ALERT. I ordered a product on sprout. The money was gone from my bank account, but I canceled the order, and they emailed me of refund but never refunded me. They asked me to ask the bank. I went to the bank. They said you don't have any refund in pending. I emailing them since then, but they said we refunded buy I Did not receive my refund by 23 may even after they contacted me. All I hear just excuses from them. SPROUT IS A SCAM.
