It worked fine for my ear buds until the recent update. App only work on my headphones now and not my ear buds. [UPDATE] Turns out the Wi-Fi where I work was causing the connection problem!

Method 540anc would get a 5 star, but the auto answering is a big turn off. And just so you know Skull candy the "factory reset" doesn't work either, maybe for a short time. All on Motorola Razr 2023 *****UPDATE***** Ever since the "auto answer" issue, the new update everything performs well!!!

Please go back to the old app, the newest update sucks still. The new update is horrible looking. I wish I didn't have to open the app every single time and repair my earbuds. Every update also seems to reset my button settings.

Used this to update the firmware on my crusher anc 2 and now my play button does nothing. Do better, you guys are dropping the ball so fug gin' hard. As soon as someone else puts subwoofers in headphones I'm never buying these again.
