Good, but is a bit slow at picking people up i.e. postman is almost walking away, and also the notification has a delay, so sometimes people have gone before you can speak to them. But other than those key needs it is good and easy to use, support is excellent.

Sky.... well the smart home, Internet etc. contract I've trapped my self in for the next two years is a complete con. For all the claims they make thier product simply does not work. I have no way to get out of paying this, my doorbell won't even work nor does the chime. I called for sky boosters, was told all the right things to make me be quiet..... nothing was received. What I did receive straight away was links to review the manner of the phone person! Ridiculous. Disappointing, avoid sky!

I have only had the sky smart home doorbell and indoor camera set up for about a week now. And in my experience the app has not been very good it's quite often unresponsive or just takes ages to load. When it does eventually load I can most of the time see live view of the doorbell but the indoor camera always seems to struggle saying please try to re-connect. It's quite frustrating when you want to see who was at the door or entering your garden I mainly got it because of the amount of theft
