SleepEngine™ by CSS

Scientific sound technology from Cambridge Sleep Sciences for all SleepEngine™ powered products.

Welcome to SleepEngine™ – the App which manages all products using the unique, scientifically proven SleepEngine™ technology which helps you to improve your sleep for better health and wellbeing.

GETTING THE BEST RESULTS
SleepEngine™ works by retraining your brain's natural sleep patterns — so it gets better with consistent use. Most people feel a real difference after using it nightly for around two weeks. Stick with it; the science needs a little time to work.

WHAT IS SLEEPENGINE™ TECHNOLOGY?
A neuroscientific approach that creates sound waves matching those the adult brain produces during healthy sleep cycles. These Sleepsounds guide your brain through the correct sequence of sleep cycles, so you fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer, and improve the overall quality of your sleep. Whether you have insomnia, work shifts, wake often in the night, or simply want to sleep better - SleepEngine™ can help.

HOW IT WORKS
The SleepEngine™ App, once connected to your SleepEngine™ powered product, enables you to easily control your chosen Sleep Program, optional Soundscape and set your alarm, if required. When playing the Sleepsounds you'll hear low-frequency tones that guide you into sleep. Regular, repeated use helps retrain your brain to restore natural, healthy sleep patterns — all while you sleep.

CHOICE OF SLEEP PROGRAMS & SOUND FEATURES
Personalise your sleep experience using a selection of programs, accompanying sounds and sound controls.
- Deep Sleep - a recommended 8-hour program with an 18-minute wake-up cycle and alarm
- Easy Sleep - choose 2 to 8 hours when you don't have time for Deep Sleep
- Fall Asleep - a 2-hour program that guides you into deep sleep
- Power Nap - an energising 30, 45 or 60-minute nap

Layer in calming Soundscapes - Ocean, Rain, Stream, Wind, Train, and White, Pink or Brown Noise - set your preferred alarm sound and adjust volume and balance for the optimal setup.
