V helpful app to reserve a place in the barber queue, with real-time countdown in the app. Would be great to have a notification in the drop-down menu and on lock screen (like with native stopwatch app, for example) so you can see countdown at a glance without having to open the app every time.

Was sitting outside waiting for my spot 20 minutes to go on timer got notification to say my spot is ready got up walked into shop and had to wait another 35 minutes because they don't hold your spot like they say on text message they send you not even 2 minutes from when text message was sent, and I walked into shop

Can't add shop. When I try to see the list of shops nothing. Try to check help center. Nothing. Absolute crap. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

No point making a booking because when you turn up you still have to wait like any person who does a walk in. Won't use it ever again

It just doesn't work. I sign up, it doesn't show the entry from the kiosk I've just used. I go to the map, despite giving it access to my location it doesn't show my location. I start zoning into the map to manually enter my location, it pops up my keyboard for some reason. At my location the store doesn't show up. I try the search that doesn't work, I try to go back to the previous screen, that doesn't work, I force close the app, and I have to log in again for some reason, it claims my password is wrong - it wasn't.
