For some reason, we can't get the updated records of power of our solar panel system.

This app is completely useless. We have been trying to log in to check stats for the past week and haven't been able to log in.

Useless app. Why can't you mimic the sunny portal website. At the moment it is full sun outside and the app tells me I'm not generating any power. My old inverter before it died freshed every 2 minutes. Spent 45 minutes on the phone setting it up.

The system I have seems to be working great and making plenty of power. However, the SMA360 app on my phone will only give me the current output power, no historical data is available. This is quite frustrating as it was logging the historical data for the first few months that the system was up and then abruptly stopped on Aug. 9th. I've gone almost a month now with no historical data and the SMA tech help line has been no help at all.
