Replaced a foolproof inverter display with an app that makes you create accounts and log into your inverter just to see if the thing is working. Not everything needs an app. This severely limits people's ability to monitor their own system if they are not tech-savvy and could cost them thousands of they don't notice a drop in their inverters' efficiency. This was an infuriating process to work through seeing as the inbuilt display worked perfectly.

Take ages to load with around 150 monitored installations. Events not available. Pretty useless for an installer. Please do something, Solaredge is doing a much better job with his monitoring app.

The system I have seems to be working great and making plenty of power. However, the SMA360 app on my phone will only give me the current output power, no historical data is available. This is quite frustrating as it was logging the historical data for the first few months that the system was up and then abruptly stopped on Aug. 9th. I've gone almost a month now with no historical data and the SMA tech help line has been no help at all.
