Not yet received my points since I Bought an items last month maybe you need to check my old account that had already lost and my latest account... Possible my points entered to my old account number... Might also somebody uses my old account number that had already lost... Might need to go back to your store and complain or whatever you can do to merge my points to my new account... Hoping to straighten it ASAP... Ty

My smac it's not working what im going to do to open my smac the pts. On my smac is 300 pts. I spend a lot to get a prestige smac when im closer to prestige smac my account it's not opening are you scamming many people in these apps this smac app is so poor

App won't open! I already reinstalled it multiple times. I can open the app now, but can't log in using my old account. I tried forgot password, but the email is not registered. Then the mobile number, and also not registered. But smac keeps sending me marketing materials using those contacts. Facebook was disabled so was forced to create a new one successfully. But problem again with linking my smac with error message "already linked to an online account." So much hassle to use it!

I'm already logged in, my smac card even reflects my points' history. But still I can't proceed with the check-out button. It's asking me to log in even though I am already logged in. What a trash app. Please fix your bug.
