Excellent app! Easy to use... I love this credit union. My kids and their friends who do little chores for use around the property all opened accounts at Smart Financial because it's very easy for me to pay them!!! I've used Cash App and Venmo, but Smart's transfers to other members is free and secure and FAST! Instant! Love it!

App has good design and is responsive. It can transfer money between accounts with no issues. You can easily check available balance and past transactions on a whim. Only downside is the app doesn't incorporate Belle, but you can still externally link Belle to your account... Some banks won't want to transfer a Belle payment to you though because it doesn't look legit.

Tried to deposit a check and the app keeps closing when I try to take a picture of the back. Now I have a check with "mobile deposit only to smart financial credit union" written on the back as they request that I'll probably have to wait to have reissued before I can deposit it at a branch. Useless!

If there was a zero store that's what I would give they don't deserve any stars since their person that used to work there her name was Jamie 25 years he's been there in the Conroe Texas location now they have a lady that is an introvert and doesn't really care about her customers and has a bad attitude all the time voice recordings they do not give you no notice when your account is overdrawn they just straight go ahead and close your account without your consent the worst Smart financial.
