UPDATE: Lindy from support was able to do some work on the back end and fix the challenges. ********** Tried to create an account and then the password didn't work. Tried to reset password, and it says my email doesn't exist. I tried to create a new account, and it says that my email is already in use. Tried a new email address and the same thing happens. Tried calling support, and the only option is to leave a message and someone will call me. No response.

Tried to create a login and got an "unknown error". I figured it was opp orator error (like I mistyped my email or fat-fingered my password, so I tried creating a new account with a different email; same "unknown error" message. I then deleted and reinstalled the app. Same "unknown error" message. After 25 minutes of tinkering, ive concluded that this app is trash, and I'm done trying to use it.

Even after receiving a new replacement pump control unit I am still not able to successfully utilize the Wi-Fi features via the app. Wi-Fi connectivity via the pump unit has never been established. Once logging out of the app, it is impossible to log back in. The indicator lamps on the control unit are all red. The Wi-Fi reset button only worked once. I doubt the battery backup pump functions. Yet, support has not returned my calls. I could really use some help to get this device working.
