I enjoy the app, My only drawback is that I had to create a whole new account with the same email address and reapply. I'm not sure if this is because of my device or the app itself.

Every time you close App and enter again, it asks for all the details again. Such as unit number, location, etc. Then, when you put details in, AGAIN & AGAIN, it says incorrect!! Useless app!!!!

Slow and crashing. Useless during the recent earthquake. I could not contact the juristic as the app didn't work at all.

I think this app is collecting our PIN and other personal info. Because I reinstall this app and try to use same account on other phone. Not only OTP, it requests to put the same PIN from old phone. I'm ok if app is using Username and Password by app's database. But for PIN and other security info, when app collected this info, it is risky to leak. I would recommend all users use this app, not to use the same PIN from other apps. I understood that even Bank's apps, they are not collecting PIN.

Very slow i don't know how u call data but slow and when I see many text or pictures your app is lagging
