Why using android cant connect to device, but ios can?

A lot of bugs. Can't open the .pdf files. Can't send the .pdf files via ANYTHING. When you try to measure something its 50/50 chance. Either its working (rarely) or it just freezes, and you can't go back or refresh or anything else you can only close it and launch it again.
