★★★★★ Like how easy it is to use and can talk to kids in different rooms

★★☆☆☆ Absolute rubbish. The developers of this app have a flailing understanding of coding. What was a bad app has now rendered the vacuum robot COMPLETELY useless after the latest firmware update. It just goes round in circles aimlessly and does not cover more than a radius of 1 meter (3ft). Total waste of money. Might as well have chucked $250 in the bin.

★★☆☆☆ After resetting my Router, the robot vacuum cleaner is unable to connect. The App is useless. Trying for 2 days to add the RVC to the app! I did all the steps and nothing. The app was last updated on 2021!
