Do not waste your time with any smart bridge app. They are discontinuing this app. I called first alert, and that's what they told me.

Security is great...this is horrible! Never works when not on my Wi-Fi...even then only works half or less of the time. At least it worked while setting up my cameras. Called tech support, they said it's likely a connection speed. What? Seriously? On your end...maybe the connection speed of your servers. My thoughts are this, you got the money from thr initial purchase...why spend money on upgrading things on your end? The person who bought the equipment, which works great, won't take it down and return it due to the hassle. This security system has great potential with a proper product support and reliable remote access. Spending the time and money to fix this issue would most definitely be a step in the right direction on your end, hard to increase sales with inadequate technology. Its frustrating, like I said...the security system is great...but this is just garbage. Do you people even read these reviews or did you just decide to say f-it? The last update was 3 years ago! I just bought this system brand new 2 days ago. Where is the product support people?
