I got Smart Bunny cause of an accident that occurred at my place. It got me thinking what if I lost my stuff due to an unforeseen event. I heard about Smart Bunny and decided to look into them for Renters Insurance. After I verified their creds I went ahead and became a member. It was super simple and the app is easy to navigate. Hope nothing happens but if it do, I hope I can get the return on investment. I also chose Smart Bunny because it's a bunny, and I am a simple man.

I'm not sure what this app was supposed to be for everything to do with insurance at any rate has always been a dig on my own knowledge of what I know or what I don't know if it had wanted to be of help it should have done that it has been nothing but an information Data Center and furthermore a problem in my set of apps in my database I'm tired of the problems, and I'm getting rid of it

If I could give zero stars I would. They make it easy to sign up and incredibly difficult to do anything else. Want to pay two months of payments at once? Nope. Can't do it on the app, can't call in and do it, can't chat in and do it. They will not accept it. Don't believe their replies to other reviews or this one. They make it difficult to do anything as soon as you buy. Go with someone with a website instead. At least you can sign on from anywhere and have choices in how to pay

OK, but can't access actual policy through app. Seems like there should be an area within "policies" to see your insurance policy and declaration page, but there's only a summary. You have to email support to get insurance policy and declaration page, which is inconvenient, especially since the only way to interact is through the mobile app
