I had to call customer service today. What a surprise the wait time was not even a minute. Outstanding customer service, she was very pleasant and helpful, and I definitely got the help I needed. My data, calls, and texts are running smooth. International calling is great, no more dropped calls, and a very clear connection no matter how long I talk. The only complaint I have is that I can't send or receive text messages from Germany or anywhere Internationaly.

Too bad the app stays on Smartness logo screen. Tried on both data and Wi-Fi, uninstalled and reinstalled, also cleared cache but is still non-functional. Using Galaxy S25.

Got smartless plan for my father's in law mobile banking. Bank said this number is not registered and can't be used. Smartness support didn't fix it within a month, and he got charged for another month. He decided to cancel, but they won't refund unused 27 days worth money back because there is a policy. Well, how about a common sense policy if your support can't fix issue?

Cannot get past the white load screen. I have tried for over a month. S23 Ultra. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and cleared the cache several times. Just doesn't work, btw on two separate S23 ultras.
