More than just a comparison site. Linked to my smart meter I can monitor electricity usage from my mobile phone. I can also access free electricity.

Unreliable. App errors. Useless Chatbot. Email contact also picked up by chatbot! Reduce and Earn sessions not showing in the app. App errors trying to log in. Now it says I need to reconnect my smart meter, then says my meter is registered to another user! (no it isn't) and the chatbot says check your email address! Now the app says they're aware of technical issues. Update: Got a lovely reply from the developer, working to resolve known tech issues. I'll persevere...

Uswitch. 10 out of 10 has only ever saved me money since downloading the app. (and its very useful too) I've had free electricity on several days and was offered an exclusive energy plan with my current supplier. In today's rip off market a total win-win for the bill payer. Many thanks.

Useless, tempt you in with offers of reduced cost electricity and free power sessions then miraculously stop tracking your usage, funny that isn't it!? Already been in contact with customer services for weeks, ongoing, no answers they just tell me it's a known issue with Haifa meters and the DCC not ingesting data from supplier portals. Fuse tracks my usage, so it can't be the meter can it!? If it's a known issue.... fix it!?!? Oh, and the app just says it's still calculating my insights.

I received the saving session email today and when I clicked the join session link, it went to open the app, and it needed to be updated. When I reopend the app, I could see my home address, past session savings etc., but it said my Smart Meter was disconnected :(Using both methods, I.e. credit card and the last 4 characters of the GUID, it said the meter belonged to another account. Eventually I logged out and logged back in and all was restored. Think you have a bug in the update?

They tell you they will give you 100 hours of energy back once the switch is completed but then don't update the app to show completed so they don't need to give you the money 🤣

Installed app and connected via IHD code. Now IHD no longer connects to British Gas meter at all. British Gas cannot fix as I "connected an external service". Need IHD device and this app has broken it.
