Hard to review the app as I'm never able to log in. Fingerprint does not work. Username / password keeps giving "Sorry. We are working on a technical error. Please try back later." error.

This app does not work can't even log in. Lucky I can still pay my bill through comed with no problems. Just saying. Hopefully you guys will work out all the kinks.

Have never been able to register. Help just tells me password is not acceptable. It meets criteria listed on register screen. Gives system error.

This app has never told me my usage and I can't even tell how much my bill is because I need to know my usage to calculate it and my electric bill is now not billing me all because NRG is not communicating. I have had my account since New years. I'm scared to be on a bill that isn't in my budget. That's why. Already in the payment plan because this happened with another company last year. Also, the app runs slow. 🏃‍♀️ like damn I can't catch a break.
